Process Assessment

During the communications process, all project information is collected and stored for retrieval as needed.  As part of the stakeholder management process, each stakeholder requires certain information in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.  Managing communications is the process of ensuring each stakeholder receives only the information they require.  Failure to ensure these communications are maintained can lead to project delays and possible increases in cost.
