Process Assessment
The project planning stages define specifics related to the project deliverable. As a result of this, a quality assurance process ensures the project deliverable with meet defined standards and the customers expectations. The quality management plan defines which processes will be utilized and how they will be used. Quality control measurements not only measure a process to a standard, but they help determine if a process change is required to ensure continued quality.
