Process Assessment
Project success hinges upon dedication from all those associated with the project deliverables process. In order to ensure success, it is imperative that project management build a rapport with each stakeholder to help ensure success of the project life cycle. Expectations and problem resolution are key components to ensuring stakeholder support and project success.

As an input to the stakeholder management process, the change log provides an easy to follow format in keeping each stakeholder aware of any changes that have occurred or have been requested.
2. Interpersonal Skills: This PMGT 611 WBS 6.3 self-assessment exercise helped me, as an individual understand any gaps in my interpersonal skills. This tool & technique serves as a key element in the management of stakeholder engagement.
3. Communication Methods: This PMGT 502 Reflection Paper visits the topics of virtual teams and personality traits. This reflection serves as an excellent tool & technique with dealing with interpersonal engagement. Managing stakeholder engagement is as much about understanding their project needs as it is about understanding their interpersonal needs.
