Process Assessment

Project success hinges on managements ability to lead a unified team in the right direction.  You can bring together the required skills, but still fail to deliver if the team doesn't work as one.  Professional development, communication, and motivation are essential in fostering the belief that each member is of value and that their contribution is essential to overall project success.  Project managers must have the ability to work with differing personalities, if they are to turn a group of variables into a known value.
