After all activities have been defined, the next process will sequence or arrange in proper order for execution. MS Project software as well as the project management office (PMO) can assist during this process.
Sequencing activities and prioritizing what to do first is necessary when it comes to constraints in resources as well as time. If things are done in proper order wasted time could lead to scope creep.
