Process Definition

A quality management plan requires the identification of the standard for performance measurement.  Many have heard of ISO; others perhaps MILSPEC, or even NMMA.  These acronyms refer to industry standards for safety and quality, and it is these standards that their associated industries use to help establish their quality management plan.
