Process Definition

Each project stakeholder has specific needs, and it is these needs that must be managed by the project management team.  Based on the stakeholder communications plan, project management will engage each stakeholder based on their required needs and ensure each has the information they require, and when they need it.  The project is fluid, and it is important to remember that stakeholder influence and impact varies from process to process.  While this management plan is in some ways redundant, with regards to the communications plan, it does provide a clear plan of interaction.
