Process Definition
This process communicates and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, and make sure there is proper engagement between project teams and the stakeholders. This process is a key for project success. Identifying problems as early as possible is key when managing stakeholders.
Process Assessment
This process is challenging, time consuming and extremely vital. This entails, making sure your sponsor and customer are satisfied throughout the project life cycle. This also means that you are engaging people with tasks and making sure resources are readily available.
