Process Definition

This process communicates  and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, and make sure there is proper engagement between project teams and the stakeholders.  This process is a key for project success.  Identifying problems as early as possible is key when managing stakeholders.

Process Assessment

This process is challenging, time consuming and extremely vital.  This entails, making sure your sponsor and customer are satisfied throughout the project life cycle.  This also means that you are engaging people with tasks and making sure resources are readily available.

1. Organizational Process Assets (Inputs):  This artifact was taken from a paper written in PMGT 502. The organizational process assets influence the Manage Stakeholder Engagement process. 

2. Interpersonal Skills (Tools and Techniques): This artifact was taken from a homework assignment in PMGT 611. It provides different scenarios to resolve conflict.

3. Organizational Process Assets Updates (Output): the lessons learned include the root cause analysis faced, reasoning behind the corrective action and other lessons learned about stakeholder management; this artifact was an essay to explain the benefits of the lessons learned.
