Process Definition

This process tracks performance, providing feedback, resolving issues and manages team change to optimize performance.  Once teams have been arranges and developed, now the teams require to be managed.  This requires everyone to be moving in the same direction.

Process Assessment

 This requires more interpersonal skill set from the project manager.  Providing rules, standards and boundaries for the team and then providing feedback along with resolving conflicts is a part of project management that requires daily attention.

1. Human Resource Plan (Input):  an input for the Manage Project team can be the HR plan.  It provides roles and responsibilities, project organization and staff management planning.  This artifact was taken from PMGT 501, the HR plan.

2. Conflict Management (Tools and Techniques): This artifact was taken from a homework assignment from PMGT 611. It was a self-assessment relating to my and how I would go about resolving conflict in the organization. 

3. Change Requests (Output):  This artifact was taken from PMGT 614, from the group project.  The example was used in the procurement management plan, however the change requests shows how when and if changes occur, how to identify and how it relates throughout the project.  This pertains to staffing as well in Managing Project teams.
