Process Assessment
This process begins by identifying the skill sets needed to support the project objective. Smaller projects are probably not as difficult, but a large multifaceted project might require everything from a knowledge of quality standards, import/export processes needed for international material procurement, international labor practices, banking, and other legal requirements. The potential for having to share resources with other projects might also be required and create a human dynamic not previously considered. Either way, each fact must be examined, identified, and planned for, to help mitigate excessive project cost and unnecessary risk.
