Process Definition

Project Management entails meeting schedules and doing so within a budget.  My meeting these goal, it is imperative that project managers meet stakeholders requirements and needs.  This process identifies how the project will affect the stakeholders, and how the project managers will engage certain stakeholders during certain phases of the project.

Process Assessment

This process is critical aspect of project management.  This process could be contained within the communication management plan, however I believe that stakeholders are essential elements and they must have their own process.
