Process Definition

This process involves developing a human resource plan that involves identifying and documenting project roles.  The PMBOK states that this process is identifying roles, responsibilities and creating a staffing management plan.  This aids in the creation for tools and charts for staff acquisitions.

Process Assessment

I never had to develop a human resource plan.  This process is very critical in cultivating organizational structure and culture.  PMGT 611 we touched on these subject considerably and they can lay the foundation to a successful project management team and being a part of successful and profitable organizations.
