Process Definition
This process of analyzing activity sequence, durations, resource requirements, and constraints are used to create the project schedule model. This model with planned dates for completing project activities.
Process Assessment
Once other activities such as establishing resources, sequencing and estimating durations, a schedule is effectively built.
