Process Definition
This is the plan for creating a plan for developing, controlling and closing the project schedule. The PMBOK states the key benefit for this process is that it provides guidance and direction on how the project schedule will be managed throughout the project.
Process Assessment
In my work organization, I have never developed the schedule. We are usually given a set of deliverables to include a deadline. I have tracked schedules in Excel but never developed one from scratch

1. Project Charter (Input): This project charter was taken from PMGT 502. This is the main input for planning schedule management.
