Change is going to happen in all organizations.  Project management, with all of its moving parts, change is something project teams will need to embrace on a daily basis. The key is documentation and communication.  If changes gets approval, how it will effect cost, scope, schedule, as well as risks; and that these changes are updated through reports and communicated to stakeholders.
