Process Definition

This process entails making sure all stakeholders are receiving the right information at the right time.  The benefit from this process is that it ensures information needs of the stakeholders are being met at all time.

Process Assessment

From what I have learned through this program, all aspects and processes related to communication, continue to be one of the most vital aspects to project success.  It is a skill that I need to continue to develop and learn to do better on a day to day basis.

1.Project Management Plan (Input): the artifact that was used was a communication matrix that was developed from PMGT 502.  This matrix satisfies the input requirements taken from the project management plan, to be used for controlling communication.

2. Meetings (Tools and Techniques):  meetings consist of face to face discussions and dialoge with project teams and stakeholder to see which is the most appropriate to perform project performance.  This artifact was taken from PMGT 502 and describes how the best way to conduct meetings in various settings.

3. Information Management System (Tools and Techniques): this artifact was taken from PMGT 614.  The project dashboard is a common information management system tool for communication.
