Process Definition

This process manages and monitors contract performance.  It provides change requests and also develops corrective actions to contracts.  This process ensures that both buyer and seller are meeting the contract agreements and fulfilling their end of the bargain to meet all of the customers needs.

Process Assessment

The Air Force is hiring subcontractors through its Force shaping.  The DOD believes it is less expensive to hire subcontractors to conduct aircraft maintenance on the A-10 to meet its goals and objectives.  Project managers and stakeholders need to follow up with these subcontractors and make sure they are meeting standards and expectations.
