Process Definition
This process is the monitoring, controlling and annotating of results of the project work and activities. This process recognizes defects and recommends necessary changes.
Process Assessment
To optimize the quality control team, project managers need to have them involved as early as possible. This process strives for continuous process improvements, recognizes waste or deficiencies, and appropriately documents and communicates corrective actions.

1. Deliverables (Input): This artifact was a homework assignment from PMGT 501. These deliverables are a unique verifiable result or product required by the project. This is an input to control quality.
2. Seven Quality Tools (Tools and Techniques): This homework assignment was taken from PMGT 614. It summarized the seven quality tools.
3. Quality Control Measurements (Output): this was an essay to explain how quality measurements are used in a work organization. How quality control teams use them and how project managers use these results to control quality on a project.
