Process Definition

Communication is so critical in project management.  Project managers must deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.  This is a vital component to project success.  Managing communication entails delivering project information between stakeholders.

Project Assessment

This process will be a skill set that I will have to continuously develop and strive to get better at.  It is an essential for project success.

1. Communication Management Plan (Input): This communication management plan was taken from PMGT 502.  It was a group assignment on what all goes into this plan.  This artifact is an input for the Manage Communications process.

2. Communication models (Tools and Techniques): From PMGT 502, this communication matrix is a model that can be used as a tool to manage communications. 

3. Communication methods (Tools and Techniques): This homework assignment relates to different communication methods and strategies to resolve conflict within an organization.  This artifact was taken from a case study from PMGT 611.
