Once the project team has been acquired, it is imperative to develop the team for the specifics or task at hand. The project manager will use this process to provide training and resources for his teammates to accomplish the projects goals.
I have not much experience in developing teams. I was usually tasked and or assigned groups of people. I attempted to get everyone on the same page and establish continuity. Unfortunately when it came to something new or implementing change it was like herding cats.

It explains dependency mapping. How certain groups are assigned and how they rely on each other to meet project expectations and goals.
2. Team Building Activities (Tools and Techniques): This artifact was selected from PMGT 611. This homework assignment was a case study that provided specific scenarios relating to resolving conflicts within an organization
3. Personnel Assessment tools (Tools and Techniques): This was a short essay explaining different assessment tools project managers use. I provided some insight on the evaluation reporting from my work organization. This tools is used for Developing Project team process.
